Refund Policy
30-Day Refund Policy: Medura
Thank you for shopping with Medura. We stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our refund process.
Please note that we do not accept physical returns. To keep our processes efficient and reduce our carbon footprint, we handle all concerns through our Refund-Only Policy.
1. The 30-Day Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a request for a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or credit.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your request must fall under one of the following categories:
-
Damaged or Defective Items: The product arrived broken, leaked, or is otherwise unusable.
-
Incorrect Item: You received a different product than what was listed on your order confirmation.
-
Quality Concerns: The product does not meet the functional standards described on our website.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Since we do not process physical returns, refunds will not be issued for:
-
Change of mind or "buyer’s remorse."
-
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
-
Products purchased during "Final Sale" or clearance events.
4. How to Request a Refund
To start the process, please do not attempt to mail the item back to the manufacturer. Instead, follow these steps:
-
Email Us: Contact our support team at support@purebrnd.com.
-
Provide Evidence: Include your Order Number and clear photos or videos of the item showing the defect or the incorrect product received.
-
Review: Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.
5. Approved Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
6. Disposal of Product
If your refund is granted, you do not need to send the product back. We kindly ask that you dispose of the item responsibly or, if it is still safe to use but simply incorrect for your needs, consider donating it.
